Connecting the People Behind Our Technology

Tuesday, the 15th of November, marked a special occasion for the Adapt IT Telecoms global team. It was the first time in over two years that all teams were present for a special event which aimed to showcase several new products, developments and successes within the business. The event also aimed to address different ways to improve the customer journey as well as launch an exciting new project focused on “The People Behind Technology”.

Connecting as a Team 

There is no doubt that the last two and a half years have been nothing short of challenging. They have seen us adapt and change how we work, with remote and hybrid work becoming a staple in many businesses. Although we have worked hard to continue providing a seamless connection with our team, it is often difficult when they span the globe. 

This event was a chance to get everyone in the same room to showcase some of the incredible work done over the past few months, celebrate the victories and create excitement for what is to come. We had our teams from Australasia, Africa and Europe present, both online and in-person, for this fantastic showcase. 

Innovating our Customer Journey

One of the primary focuses of this event was a discussion on how to continue to provide our customers and clients with the best customer experience. To facilitate this, we have worked hard to build on our principles of customer experience excellence and to tick all of the regulatory, communication and implementation process boxes to ensure each project is a success. 

This philosophy and focus on the customer journey have seen immense improvements in customer experience, so much so that Adapt IT Telecoms was awarded Vodacom’s CEO Award for Best Business Partner of 2022.

There is always room for improvement, and our team continues to look for ways to innovate our customer journey to create a seamless, aligned and transparent service experience across portfolios, projects, solutions and implementations. 

The People Behind Our Technology 

During the event we highlighted and discussed the importance of our incredible team’s passion and how we intend to create more awareness around this. Without our team, we would not be where we are. We would be unable to provide our clients with innovative services or grow and expand the business. They need to be celebrated and acknowledged. 

This has led to the development of the “People behind technology” project, where we showcase our team, who they are, what they do and what makes them so passionate about this dynamic and ever-changing industry. These videos will be shared across our blog and social media channels, allowing you to get to know our team and who is behind the technology here at Adapt IT Telecoms. 


All in all, the event was a remarkable success. The ability to connect our teams from across the globe is nothing short of amazing. This event highlighted the passion behind what we do as a business and succeeded in creating even more excitement for what is to come. As a business, we are adapting, growing and looking forward to bettering the industry as we know it.
